We re-imagined the Universal Orlando web experience
We brought bigger and bolder imagery and video to the overall UX of UniversalOrlando.com. And focused the IA on the core content vacation planners are looking for: what is this place, what can I do here, where can I stay, and help me buy it. Our ever-present booking widget steadily increased vacation package bookings, as well as site satisfaction numbers. The brand system we developed became the foundation for all their creative efforts, including subsequent site updates and their app, as well as UniversalStudiosHollywood.com.
